We’re building the CRM
we wished existed.
Notealy was born from frustration with the tools we had to use. We wanted a CRM that felt as good to use as it looked — without the bloat, the sales-y dark patterns, or the per-feature pricing tricks.
Started with a broken pipeline.
We were running sales teams with five different tools — a CRM, a mailer, a chat tool, an automation platform, and a dashboard — and spending half our time gluing them together.
Every CRM we tried was either too complex (designed for enterprise sales orgs we weren’t) or too limited (couldn’t handle real workflows). The good ones charged extra for everything that mattered.
So we built Notealy. One workspace. The whole sales motion. Honest pricing. Built first for the kind of team we ran ourselves — and the SMBs we work with every day: bakeries, clinics, real-estate offices, agencies, gyms.
How we build.
Clarity over cleverness
We don't hide functionality behind clever interactions. If you can't find it, we built it wrong.
Built with care
Every detail is considered. Spacing, typography, motion — none of it is accidental.
Made for operators
We obsess about the daily reality of sales teams — not features that look good in demos.
Quietly intelligent
AI should make work easier without making itself the centerpiece. Tool, not show.
We’re a small team building something we’re proud of, from anywhere in the world. No spam, no growth-hack tricks, no “synergy”.
